Hello!
October and November were alot of fun!
First off, fall in Moscow is gorgeous!
There are so many trees here, so when the leaves change colors, it is beautiful everywhere you go!
Most of October, it was still pretty nice weather where you only needed light jackets.
So when Brons was at school, the boys and I did a lot of walks during the day!
Whenever we'd walk along Main Street, we'd always have to stop to let Danny look at all the cars passing. He started showing Brody and telling him whether it was a car or a truck.
We also went to the UofI arboretum one last time!
There were so many leaves all over the ground and the boys had a blast playing in them!
I was so excited to take the kids to the pumpkin path this year!
I looked all over and could only find one near us.
We drove there one day after Brons was done with school.
This "pumpkin patch" ended up being a Christmas Tree Farm.
And when we got there, they were out of pumpkins!
I was a little bit disappointed. Haha
A couple days later, I took the boys to the grocery store to help pick out their pumpkins,
which they still had a good time doing!
The last weekend in October was the last Farmer's Market.
We have gone to it almost every Saturday since we moved and love it!
We can't wait for it to start back up in the spring!
Danny chugged his hot chocolate in under 2 minutes.
The next week was Halloween!
This year I got Brody and Danny matching skeleton outfits that are actually pretty cute!
On Main Street, all the little shops had trick or treating and it was so fun!
It was cool to do something different and the kids had a blast!
We met up with some friends and their kids on Main Street,
then we had them over for pizza and movie after!
Their little boy Hudson is Danny's first friend and it's the cutest!
The beginning of November was a little rough.
Both of the boys got double ear infections!
As soon as Danny got off in antibiotics, we went in and saw Brody needed them as well!
As soon as we got home from the doctor for Brody,
I told Danny that his brother was sick and not feeling well,
and he imediately went and sat next to him on the couch and hugged him and rubbed his shoulder.
They really are the sweetest boys and are becoming the best of friends!
It was so sad to see them not feeling well, but we just did
a lot of movie watching and snuggling on the couch!
This was when I realized Danny was sick. He fell asleep grocery shopping which is SO not like him!
Later in November, my mom and sister Kenzie came into town for Thanksgiving!
It was so fun to have them visit and to have some company!
I also was so happy to have my mom teach me how to make a Thanksgiving dinner!
And it turned out pretty delicious.
We'll see how well it turns out next year when it's only me making it.
While my mom and sister were town, they were so nice to watch the kids
so Brons and I could finally go out on a date!
The last time we had gone out with out the kids was in the summer.
We went to The Breakfast Club in downtown Moscow.
It might have been the best breakfast I've ever had!
It was Black Friday, so after we ate, we went over to the mall to shop!
That's about it for those two months!
Thanks for reading!
Love,
The Paces
