It has been so long since I've written a post!
I'm finally here playing catch up!
After Christmas break in Utah, we flew back home to Moscow.
It was kind of nice coming back home and getting back on our schedule after traveling!
We took the boys to see Moana in theaters which was their first movie!
Brody fell asleep, which was what we were hoping for, and Danny loved it!
He kept getting up and dancing and singing to all the music.
He was being really loud and a really big distraction to all the other people in the theater,
so we decided to leave a little early. We might have taken them while they were a little too young.
But it was such a fun night regardless!
Danny started swimming lessons at the university which he liked some of the time.
I ended up bringing Brody to one of the lessons and he seemed to like it more!
It was just nice to get the boys out of the house to do something active in the middle of winter!
In April, we drove back to Utah for Spring Break.
A couple days after driving in, we got our family pictures were done, which turned out amazing!
I'll make a separate post for those, because there are so many I want to post!
A couple days later was Brody's first birthday!
I'm so glad we were able to be back home to celebrate with all of our family.
We started the day by going to an aquarium in Layton with the boys' cousins.
It was so fun and interactive, the kids had a blast!
Later that day, we had family come over to my in-laws for dinner and cake.
It was a perfect first birthday! I still can't believe he is one!
Our last day in Utah, was Catie and Christian's wedding in Salt Lake.
Their wedding was so gorgeous, and they really are so perfect for each other.
I'm so glad we were able to be there!
The boys had a rough time with taking pictures all day in their wedding clothes and
needing to sit for the luncheon. So we finally let them go play outside before the reception.
That might have been a mistake because they ended up covered in dirt!
I'm not going to lie, they looked pretty dang cute in their dress shirts all dirty.
That night we left from the reception and drove half way home to Boise.
My aunt and uncle live there and are the sweetest for always letting us stay over when traveling!
Once we got home, the weather was finally nice enough to take the boys outside most days!
For you that don't know, we had the longest winter with so much snow.
So we were all in heaven when we could go on walks to the park every day.
In April, we had Easter and Bronson's birthday which were on the same day!
We took the boys to their first Easter egg hunt which they loved.
And we ended the day with yummy dinner and Bronson's favorite brownies.
There is a quick overview of our spring!
Here are some of the highlight pictures.
The boys' first movie at Moana!
Danny and his cute friend Hudson
The best picture we could get of all the cousins at the aquarium!
Brons and Danny were brave and held this snake. I was fine to stand back and hold Brody.
